and Refunds Policy

For vintage, antique and handmade items

All sales are FINAL as those items are meant to be in the current condition with marks, scratches, patina, stains, holes and other inconsistencies. Unfortunately we are not able to provide exchanges and refunds on these items.

For new items that have been co-created with our collaborators

Please contact the collaborator on their website and see their shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds policy directly. In most cases, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
