We believe that beauty can be in the grand and simple moments. It’s in the scent of an orange lingering on fingers. It’s the way the light changes that particular shade of green throughout the day, in the way a chair tucks into the corner of a room and suddenly feels easy, or the sounds of Paris coming to life in the morning.

APT LA FAYETTE is a space created to celebrate this kind of everyday beauty, a space to rest, be rejuventated, be re-inspired while being surrounded by the beauty of Paris.

Originally the home of creator Jackie Kai Ellis, it is now available for stays, and photoshoot rentals.

A classic, 1st floor Haussmannien apartment, this complete turn-key residence and fully-established luxury vacation rental was designed to preserve its original Parisian charm while complimenting with contemporary aesthetic and comforts.

The renovation includes a chef-designed kitchen with clean lines and warm materials, open floorplan for spacious light, and a generous bathroom featuring an antique clawfoot tub. These thoughtful design decisions highlight the original hardwood floors, marble fireplaces and crown mouldings decorated with intricate florals — the details that line this space with history.

This magazine-featured apartment was created to be the Parisian dream, not a cliché, but a sophisticated balance of livable beauty and everyday elegance — a place to rest and be inspired.
